Front wheels are 42" in diameter with three felloes and 1 7/8" iron tires. Back wheels are 52" in diameter with seven felloes and 1 3/4" iron tires. All wheels have fourteen spokes and sealed wooden hubs with lynch pin. There is a footboard on the wagon but no seat. The box is 14'3" long, 40" wide and 25" deep. Wagon is decorated with green and yellow painted designs. Reproduction canvas cover added. Wagon seems to have been rebuilt or restored. The wheels may not be original to the wagon. This wagon is a general type of all-purpose farm vehicle found in a wide variety of styles and sizes, some with sideboards and spring seats and sometimes with flare boards and turn-under wheels, though this last feature is not usually found on a farm wagon. The body is commonly mounted directly on the carriage, without the use of springs as in this example.
