The conference has attracted a large number of full paper submissions from over 50 countries including: Algeria, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Palestine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Netherlands, Turkey, UK, and USA. Each full paper submission to the conference was reviewed by up to three referees.
