The affiliation for Aune was incorrect. Box 5003, 1432 Ås, Norway.In the Literature Cited section, the reference Zajdela and Bisagni 1981 should have been omitted, as it is no longer cited in the published paper. The Google Maps 2017 reference should have been 2013, as the photographs used in conjunction with the research have been updated since 2014 and are no longer accessible.
