It was observed that different knowledge references had been selected according to the targets of the schools and the instructors. As a result, the transpositions of the teachers affected the Instructed Knowledge The differences in the Instructed Knowledge affected the Assimilated Knowledge of students. Therefore, different misconceptions were observed in each sampling group. In other words, the differences in teachers' transpositions were reflected to the Assimilated Knowledge and the misconceptions of students. Bu çalışmada Transpozisyon Didaktik Teorisinden faydalanılarak öğretim sonucu oluşan kavram yanılgılarının kaynağı incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla Balıkesir il merkezinde, birbirine yakın iki okul öğrencilerinden rasgele örneklem seçilmiştir. Örneklem I’de 33 öğrenci Okul I’i temsil ederken Örneklem II’de 31 öğrenci Okul II’yi temsil etmiştir. Okulların ve dolayısıyla öğretmenlerin hedefleri doğrultusunda farklı okutulacak bilgi referansları seçildiği görülmüştür. Buna dayalı olarak Transpozisyon Didaktik Teorisine göre öğretmen transpozisyonu, okutulan bilgiyi etkilemiştir. Okutulan bilgideki farklılık, öğrencilerin özümlenen bilgisini de etkilemiştir. Dolayısıyla her iki örneklemdeki öğrencilerde farklı kavram yanılgıları görülmüştür. Yani öğretmenin transpozisyonundaki farklılık, öğrenci Özümlenen Bilgisine ve dolayısıyla kavram yanılgılarına yansımıştır.
