يتألف البحث من ثلاثة فصول الفصل الأول مشكلة البحث أهمية البحث وهدف البحث وتحديد المصطلحات، أما الفصل الثاني فكان الحديث فيه عن تطور الأساليب الإخراجية في المسرح تاريخيا وتطور الأساليب الإخراجية فنيا واستحداث الإخراج بما يناسب الشكل الفني، وتناول الفصل الثاني تطور الأساليب الإخراجية في المسرح المعاصر وعلاقة المخرج بمؤلف النص والممثلين وتطور الظاهرة الإخراجية في العراق وتأثيرها في المسرح الأوربي، وتناول الفصل الثالث تنوع الأساليب الإخراجية في المسرح العراقي المعاصر التراث ومفهوم الحداثة لحركة المسرح العراقي عينة أجراء البحث وتحليل العينات مسرحية طقوس النوم والدم وإعداد وإخراج سامي عبد الحميد واحتوى الفصل الرابع على نتائج البحث ثم قائمة المصادر. The research consists of three chapters.the first chapters is the research problem، the importance of goals limits for the research period and the definition of concepts when used in the second chapter it deals with the development of recording methods in the theater history the development of recording technician techniques and making directives on doing something that passes the artistic from. The second research deals with the development of directing methods in contemporary theater the directors relationship with the author of the text Sami Abdal Hamid.finally the fourth chapter with the results of research and sources and actors evolution of the directive phenomenon Iraq and its impact on European theater. The third research deals with the diversity of directing methods in the modern Iraq theater the concepts of heritage and modernity for the movement of the Iraqi and the selection procedures for research and analysis of specimens the ritual of sleep and blood play prepared and directed.
