CRYOSAT Cal/Val activities using the airborne ASIRAS Ku-band system

In this proceedings paper we present first results of CryoSat calibration/validation (Cal/Val) activities undertaken in the north western part of the Greenland ice sheet during the CryoSat Validation Experiment in 2010 (CryoVEx2010).
