Murmansk Commercial seaport takes a unique place among the northern ports of Russia due to its climatic conditions and geographical location from one part and from the other part –it is its history and present time, they are full of significant events. Many but not everybody knows that being in North Pole –in latitude 68° 58’ North port of Murmansk unlike the other ports of North-West of Russia, is unfrozen all the year round.
