Production en écloserie expérimentale de familles d'huîtres creuses, Crassostrea gigas, dans le cadre de l'étude de son investissement reproducteur

For a determination of genetic markers linked to the reproductive effort of the oyster, Crassostrea gigas, a production of oysters was realized. The rearing was made in the experimental hatchery of the IFREMER station of La Tremblade. During this training course, 24 biparental crosses were performed from mature genitors. Those crosses were followed by a larval rearing that ended by growing in micronursery of the spat. This report deals with the zootechnic methods applied in this experimental hatchery. Pour une détermination de marqueurs génétiques liés à l’effort reproducteur de l’huître creuse, Crassostrea gigas, une production d’huîtres a été réalisée. L’élevage s’est fait à l’écloserie expérimentale de la station IFREMER de La Tremblade. Au cours de ce stage, à partir de géniteurs mis en maturation, 24 croisements biparentaux ont été réalisés. Ces croisements ont été suivis d’un élevage larvaire qui s’est terminé par la mise en micronurserie du naissain. Ce rapport traite de la zootechnie appliquée dans cette écloserie expérimentale.
