Description
Summary:Sitting wolf design in black and red on beige paper. Beige matting with red and black border. Black Frame. "A.P." in lower left corner. Excellent condition. The Wolf is an important family crest. The Wolf was often associated with the spirit power a man needed to become a successful hunter. The Wolf is said to be the land manifestation of the killer whale. According to legend a supernatural white wolf transformed itself into a killer whale and thus the whales show white markings and have a habit of traveling in groups like wolves.
