Summary:Photographs and photo locations of the historic Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition (ANARE) base at Atlas Cove on Heard Island. The station was established 11 December 1947 and was closed down on 9 March 1955. Photos were taken in March of 2008 by Kerry Steinberner during a visit to Heard Island.
