Data is received on the prescribed logbook form and is collated, processed and entered by the data entry staff. Validation is undertaken during processing and entry of forms. Data are in numerical and text format, and presented as tabulated data. Approximately 1,200 records by year. The dataset is pre-identified in the sense that the data collected is specified by PIRSA Fisheries & Aquaculture on behalf of the Minister.
