The types of documents recorded include: Diplomas; Testamurs; Lease agreements; Applications for liquor licenses; Building contracts; Graduation certificates; Rules of Council; Certificates of attainment; and Contracts for Student Union. The information recorded for each includes the nature of the document, the date of sealing, the Council Resolution and signatures. Later entries in the register seem to be solely for the use on students' Testamurs.
