This sub-group assumed to be younger middle aged (35-54) Australian (Oceania and Antarctica) couples (family households without children). The other sub-group includes part-time employers engaged in service and administration occupations with medium level of income (A$1500- 2500). This sub-group is mostly migrated from North West Europe and Americas and were living in semi-detached Terrace and/or townhouses. Component 2 explains 7.1 eigenvalues of variance (%15 of total variation).\n\nFor more information refer to [UNSW City Futures Research Centre](https://citydata.be.unsw.edu.au/layers/geonode%3AFac2Melb2011).
