Main characteristics of this group is that it encompasses two sub-groups. The first group is comprising of full-time employed managerial and professional occupations with high level household income (A$2500 and above). This sub-group assumed to be younger middle aged (35-54) Australian (Oceania and Antarctica) couples (family households without children). The other sub-group includes part-time employers engaged in service and administration occupations with medium level of income (A$1500- 2500). This sub-group is mostly migrated from North West Europe and Americas and were living in semi-detached Terrace and/or townhouses.
