Ecological datasets are from AIMS' monitoring programs the Long-Term Monitoring Program (LTMP) and the Marine Monitoring Program (MMP). The two ecological datasets were combined to cover across the continental shelf of the Great Barrier Reef and are this combined dataset is referred to as the LTMMP dataset. An additional ecological dataset is also included, the Rapid Ecological Assessment (REA) dataset. The environmental drivers are modelled data from CSIRO's publically available eReefs biogeochemical 2.0 models.\n Dataset Ocean acidification Research Data Australia (Australian National Data Service - ANDS)
