Summary:There were no issues/problems associated with data collection or analysis from this dataset. This data features stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes of co-occurring Southern Ocean pteropods in order to estimate and compare their Bayesian isotopic niches. The purpose of the dataset was to measure variation in isotopic niches of sympatric pteropod species sampled from the southern extent of the Kerguelen Plateau, as part of the KAxis research program of 2015/16.
