Mitochondrial and Nuclear markers sequence data of Snow Petrels (Pagodroma nivea) from East Antarctica

This dataset consists of eight files: seven files with the nucleotide sequence data for seven genetic markers (2 mitochondrial and 5 nuclear) and a 'Read me' file containing the information for each marker as well as information regarding sampling locations and individual labels. The seque...

Description
Summary:This dataset consists of eight files: seven files with the nucleotide sequence data for seven genetic markers (2 mitochondrial and 5 nuclear) and a 'Read me' file containing the information for each marker as well as information regarding sampling locations and individual labels. The sequences were obtained by the Sanger sequencing method in the Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF) and correspond to Snow petrel (Pagodroma nivea) samples collected at three regions in East Antarctica: Mac. Robertson (area nearby Mawson station and Prince Charles Mountains), Princess Elizabeth Land region (area nearby Davis station) and Wilkes Land (area nearby Casey station).
