Surveyors Sgt Adam Eagle and Cpl Mick Snelders of the Australian Defence Force carried out the following surveys during the 2015/16 field season: (i) a survey of natural surface levels at Heidemann Valley in support of Australian Antarctic Project 5097; (ii) a survey of infrastructure at Davis, including buildings and pipes, between the services building and the hangar. The surveys were carried out using Trimble GNSS equipment. The final Heidemann Valley survey data consists of natural surface levels and contours derived from these levels. The data is in 12da format and, together with plans displaying the data, was provided to Aaron Read, the Australian Antarctic Division's Aviation Manager. Aaron converted the data to shapefile format. The final Davis data is in 12daz and dwg formats and was provided to Barbara Frankel of the Australian Antarctic Division's Antarctic Modernisation Taskforce by Matthew Lawrence, surveyor with the Australian Defence Force.
