Summary:SNPs discovered in 20 farmed Tasmanian salmon from high covergae sequence analysis, SNps present in double haploid reference animal removed. 100bp PE illumina sequence from 19 farmed atlantic salmon aligned to salmon reference genome, assembly ICSASG_v2, and sdY contigs (KP898411 and KP898412) using BWA. Variants called using GATK tools. Doulbe haploid SNPs removed.
