PECULIARITIES OF VEGETATIVE REGULATION OF CARDIO-VASCULAR SYSTEM IN YOUNG MALES WITH VARIOUS EVOLUTIONARY TYPES OF CONSTITUTION

We studied the constitutional peculiarities of vegetative regulation of the cardiovascular system in young males of 18-21 years by their body and leg length, trohanter index, blood pressure, pulse frequency and temporal indicators of cardiorhythmography. A disevolvemental type of age evolution with a trohanter index of 1.86÷1.91 was manifested at most; 30% of test persons had a normal (or slightly deviating from the normal) trohanter index. In long-legged younkers with a low trohanter index, the predominance of the influence of the parasympathetic nervous system on the cardiovascular system occurred more frequent. Among the younkers with a medium and high trohanter index, there was a tendency for a balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic influence on the cardiovascular system. Using the constitutional approach, we identified the groups of younkers prone to hypertension. The persons with high values have a high risk of developing arterial hypertension with age due to the increased peripheral vascular tone. Для изучения конституциональных особенностей вегетативной регуляции сердечно-сосудистой системы юношей 18–21 года оценивали длину тела и ноги, трохантерный индекс, а также показатели артериального давления и частоты пульса. У испытуемых максимально представлен дисэволютивный тип возрастной эволюции со значениями трохантерного индекса 1,86÷1,91, 30% испытуемых имеют нормальные значения трохантерного индекса либо незначительно отклоняющиеся от нормальных. У длинноногих юношей с низкими значениями трохантерного индекса был выше процент лиц (60%) с преобладанием влияния парасимпатической нервной системы на сердечно-сосудистую систему. У юношей со средними и высокими значениями трохантерного индекса на уровне тенденции возрастал процент лиц, характеризующихся балансом симпатических и парасимпатических влияний на сердечно-сосудистую систему.
