The data set is divided into four files documenting 46 discrete discharge measurements (along with velocity and area) is shown in 'discharge_summary', cross-sectional profiles of discharge for every 0.2 m over the stream bed with reference to its deepest point is shown in 'discharge_profiles', time series of discharge with a 5-min temporal resolution generated using time series of water level in the stream is shown in 'discharge_timeseries', and water level measured from a cryoconite hole with a 5-min temporal resolution is shown in 'Cryoconite_hole_water_level'. A detailed uncertainty analysis was performed and documented in the publication associated with this data.
