Photographs captured exposed stakes height using Wingscapes Timelapse Cameras (SKU (stock keeping unit): WCT-00122) set to automatically record every 6 hours. Ablation stake heights were estimated from photographs (April 14, 2016 - August, 11, 2017) at a precision of 1 cm. Heights were noted whenever surface elevation changed significantly, and when lighting and camera angle allowed for a clear observation. Cameras were mounted on tripods constructed of electrical conduit.
