Description
Summary:These data were collected from sediment trap deployments on the following Bering Sea Ecosystem Study (BEST) cruises: HLY0802, HLY0803, HLY0902, KN195-10, TN249 and TN250. These data are fluxes of phytoplankton pigments and biogenic silica collected from sediment traps deployed off the shelf break in the eastern Bering Sea. For each sediment trap deployment there was 3-5 samples by depth between 25 and 100m. These data were collected aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Healy (HLY), UNOLS R/V Knorr (KN), and the R/V Thompson (TN).
