This dataset contains 100 geostatistically generated subglacial topographic realizations for Antarctica. Data science techniques were used to calculate the probability of the occurrence of radar-detected lakes and altimetry-detected (active) lakes across the continent, using each topographic realization as a parameter. This generated 100 probability maps of the likelihood of radar-detected lake occurrence and 100 probability maps of active lake occurrence. Further statistics were used to generate 100 binary maps showing expected radar-detected lake locations. The ensemble of realizations can be used for uncertainty quantification.
