Summary:This dataset includes model estimates of methane emissions from panarctic lakes in 100-year time steps from 18 ka to present based on a distribution of lake basal ages compiled from the literature (https://doi.pangaea.de/10.1594/PANGAEA.894737). Methane emissions from "thermokarst" and "glacial" lake types, and from total lakes, are estimated under two different modeling scenarios.
