Soil CO2 flux, temperature, and moisture, Thule, Greenland 2016

These data represent field measurements of soil CO2 flux, soil moisture, and soil temperature taken in the summer of 2016 at two study sites near Thule, Greenland. The North Mountain study site includes four experimental treatments simulating potential future climate scenarios predicted by the Inter...

The North Mountain study site includes four experimental treatments simulating potential future climate scenarios predicted by the International Panel on Climate Change. These four treatments represent present day conditions (control), increased precipitation (wetted), increased air temperature (warmed by 2ºC), and an increase in both precipitation and air temperature. The Raven Lake study site includes measurements from three different vegetation zones (wet grassland, moist tundra, and dry tundra) that correspond to spatial variations in soil moisture in a high Arctic lake basin. Field measurements were collected weekly during the 2016 summer season. Data presented here represent each weekly measurement.
