This dataset includes biomarker data from lake surface sediments collected from the Circumarctic Lakes Observation Network (CALON) and Toolik Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) station study lakes between 2011 and 2015. Specifically, the dataset contains leaf wax (n-alkane and n-acid) distribution information and hydrogen isotope ratios from 9 lakes located on the North Slope of Alaska.
