Summary: | Pygmy Sperm Whale induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (PSW iPSCs) were treated with various concentrations of oil/dispersant mixture to assess viability of cells after 48 hour exposure. Viable cells were labeled with sulforhodamine B and fluorescence was quantitated using the Typhoon scanner. There was a trend toward greater cell viability at 100ppm compared to lower oil/dispersant concentrations. |
