Model to predict coral habitat suitability in the Gulf of Mexico (VK826, VK906) from remote sensing data

Data set includes georeferenced coral location and the corresponding bathymetry and 3D seismic data. These were combined into a model (code and output for Viosca Knoll sites VK826 and VK906 included here) to predict coral habitat suitability from remote sensing data.
