These Transient Juvenile and Life History Transmitter Projects were led by the Alaska Sea Life Center (Transient Juvenile Project) and Oregon State University (Life History Transmitter Project) from 2003 through 2014, with funding from the North Pacific Marine Research Program, the Pollock Conservation Cooperative Research Center, the Alaska Sea Life Center (using NOAA funding), NOAA's Steller Sea Lion Research Initiative, and the North Pacific Research Board. Satellite telemetry data for 24 additional juvenile Steller sea lions was also provided by the Alaska Department of fish and Game from 2000-2004. Data are presented as two CSV files: NPRB-R1512_Horning_animal-summary.csv contains a summary of the 82 animals and associated transmitters NPRB-R1512_Horning_Argos-Summary.csv contains a summary of satellite data for juvenile Steller sea lion external location data and internal LHX mortality data Dataset Arctic Arctic Ocean Beaufort Sea Alaska Research Workspace (via DataONE) Arctic Arctic Ocean Gulf of Alaska Pacific ENVELOPE(-161.01712,-131.38826,65.075615,55.481125)
