Wind wave spectra data were collected using anchored data buoys in various place such as Coastal Waters of Western US, Gulf of Mexico, South Pacific Ocean, Great Lakes, and Coastal Waters of Eastern US. Data were collected from 01 July 1999 to 31 July 1999 by National Data Buoy Center (NDBC).
