Temperature profile and water depth data were collected using BT and XBT from the MERRILL in the Northwest / Northeast Pacific Ocean, Bering Sea, and Gulf of Alaska. Data were collected from 01 September 1986 to 17 September 1986 by the US Navy; Ships Of Opportunity (SOOP).
