The water depth and temperature data were collected as part of Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) project from multiple ships between January 13, 1989 and September 14, 1991. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data containing 6699 profiles were submitted on a tape by Jean-Paul Rebert,...
