The data in this accession were collected in Sea of Japan, NW Pacific (limit-180) from USS MOBILE BAY between June 8 to June 19, 1991. The real time data of water temperature at varying depth bathythermograph (XBT) was recorded in stripcharts by the US Navy. Nineteen stripcharts and radio logs were submitted to NODC. The XBT data from these stripcharts have been digitized and are present in the current NODC data storage system in C116 file format.
