Description
Summary:This study investigated viewpoints from a group of service providers regarding future developments in the field of vocational services for moderately mentally retarded persons in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Delphi technique, a predictive or forecasting device, was used to survey and investigate future policy in this field. In general, the respondents expected that a variety of very desirable events could occur in this field by 1995; however, they were less optimistic regarding the feasibility of the implementation of some of these events.
