The authors propose the architecture of such a system, built in the form of a multi-agent software environment. The theoretic basis of the proposed architecture is the use of a combination of different approaches, in particular, functional-target, process, project and network-centric. The proposed architecture is divided into 4 main components (functional subsystems): system of ecological safety monitoring and assessment, distributed storage of data and knowledge, distributed decision-making system, distributed simulation system. The features of the implementation of individual components of the developed decision- support system for the ecological safety of Arctic marine communications are presented.
