Summary:Abstract The article presents and justifies the development of a digital potentially productive fuel and energy balance of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) in the context of settlements in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy. The problems traditional FEB regions creation are identified and the advantages of implementing a digital FEB of the region in the efficiency, complexity of analysis and forecasting in the long term are justified. The main stages of its development are proposed and the expected results are justified. As a result of the study, recommendations for its practical development and effective application are presented, taking into account operational current management and response, as well as realistic forecasting in the long term.
