Optimization of the composition of polymer composite materials with hybrid matrices for the production of machine parts operating in Arctic conditions

Abstract The results of mechanical tests of polymer composite materials with various types of hybrid matrices at negative temperatures are presented. The hybrid matrix is formed during the product forming by adding viscoelastic components to the binder of the main matrix, which retain a liquid state...

The hybrid matrix is formed during the product forming by adding viscoelastic components to the binder of the main matrix, which retain a liquid state. Technical wax, anaerobic and organosilicon polymer materials were used as viscoelastic components of various types of hybrid matrices.
