Paractinolaimus longidrilus is distinguishable from closely related species by the spicule length (83 μm), the heavily cuticularized lateral guiding pieces that are broadly rounded distally, the number of pairs of caudal papillae (11) in the male, and the number of submedian ventral papillae (13) in the male.
