Steady-state and quasi-static thermal results for bare and insulated pipes in permafrost

Analytical and semi-analytical results relating to the transient and steady-state thermal regime around uninsulated and insulated pipelines buried in permafrost are presented.A comparison of the results with some published numerical work is included.
