Velocity Fluctuations of the Bersækerbræ, East Greenland

Abstract The results of measurements of surface flow and ablation on the glacier Bersækerbræ, in the Staunings Alper, East Greenland, are presented. A correlation is shown between the rate of flow and rate of ablation, as suggested by current theory.
