Vladimir Ryabinin
Vladimir Ryabinin (Russian: Влади́мир Эдуа́рдович Ряби́нин), born 23 May 1956 in the city of Korolev in the Moscow Oblast, Russia, is a Russian oceanographer, climatologist, and meteorologist.
