Cyril Powell

Cyril Walter "Pip" Powell (5 March 1898 – 5 February 1949) was a former Australian rules footballer who played with Northcote, and Geelong in the Victorian Football Association (VFA), and with Richmond and South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Provided by Wikipedia
