David L. Callies

David Lee Callies (born April 21, 1943) is the Benjamin A. Kudo Professor of Law at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. His focus is on the topics of land use, real property, and state and local government. In 2015 he was honored with the Owners' Counsel of America's Crystal Eagle Award for his lifetime of scholarship about land use, eminent domain, and regulatory takings. Provided by Wikipedia
